Chelsea Bathroom
Introduction
Concealed within this beautiful blanket chest lies a water closet – reminiscent of on-board facilities on a yacht, the client didn't want his sanitary ware on display in the bathroom – a case of find the loo!
Finished Project
This shot shows the unit open. Fantastic deep box drawers provide perfect towel storage, and the hinged lid disgorges its secret. Solid ipe timber has been selected for it's high oil content, and thus water resistance.
This long bathroom is unusual in that the wall opposite the blanket box features two individual sinks joined by our mirror fronted cabinet with a long inset storage slot in solid ipe timber.
